Booking Terms
1. Who we are
LUNA LIFE Spa is operated by CHRISTOPHER JEN GROUP CO., LTD., 86/82 Moo 2, Wiset Road, Rawai, Mueang Phuket, Phuket 83130, Thailand, Tax ID 0835567009502.
2. Bookings
You can book online, on LINE (@748pjigk), by phone or on WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once we have sent you a confirmation. Please give us the treatment, date, time and number of guests, and tell us about anything relevant for your treatment (see section 6).
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Thai baht (THB) and are shown on our spa menu. Prices marked "on request" or "price on request" are confirmed individually when you book. Payment is made at the spa unless agreed otherwise. Promotional prices apply only to the treatment, duration and period stated.
4. Day Pass
The Day Pass gives access to sauna, herbal steam, onsen and ice bath for the whole day of your visit, with one towel. It is included free of charge with every package booking.
5. Cancellation and no-show
- Free cancellation or change up to 24 hours before your appointment.
- Cancellation or change within 24 hours: 50 % of the treatment price.
- No-show without notice: 100 % of the treatment price.

6. Arrival, health and safety
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment so the next guest is not delayed; the full price still applies.
- Please tell us before your treatment if you are pregnant, have heart, circulation or blood-pressure conditions, skin conditions, injuries or allergies. We may adapt or decline a treatment for your safety.
- Our treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing. They are not medical treatments and do not replace advice from a doctor.
- Please do not use the sauna, onsen or ice bath after drinking alcohol.
7. Personal belongings
Please keep valuables with you or hand them to our team for safekeeping. We are not liable for loss of valuables that are not handed to our team for safekeeping, except where the law says otherwise.
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
